About the Kaisei Festival
155th Kaisei Festival "Constellation" is the Culture Festival celebrating the 155th anniversary of the Kaisei Academy. We do not have pre-booking or an invitational ticket system, so anyone can feel free to visit.
Date and time
September 19th, 2026 (Sat) 9:00-16:30 ("First Evening Fest" until 17:45)
September 20th, 2026 (Sun) 9:00-16:00 ("Second Evening Fest" until 16:30)
If it rains, some of our events may be canceled or changed. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be mindful of the neighboring residential area and refrain from lining up before 9:00 am.
What to bring
You do not have to bring footwear e.g. slippers. Except for a few places, you can freely walk the venue with your shoes on.
We sell drinks inside the venue, but due to the crowded condition we may not be able to offer enough drinks to meet demand. To prevent the risk of heat stroke, we would like to ask you to bring your own drink.

We do not have parking spaces for cars or bicycles. Please visit us by public transport.
